We’re now hiring a hands-on, sales-driven Salon Manager who is passionate about wellness, leadership, and beauty.

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$23/hr base (based on experience)

Who We’re Looking For

✅ 25+ years old with High School diploma or GED (Associate’s preferred)
✅ 2+ years in a customer-facing leadership role (salon, spa, retail, fitness, or hospitality)
✅ Friendly, confident, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
✅ Strong sales mindset, time management, and multitasking skills
✅ Tech-savvy and organized; basic computer proficiency required
✅ Dependable, consistent, and goal-oriented
✅ Experience with UV tanning and spray tanning is required—and you should love the services!
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (minimal travel)

What You’ll Do

Salon Leadership & Operations

• Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and customer-first culture
• Oversee daily operations: cleanliness, inventory, and team coverage
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage as needed
• Maintain a clean, upscale, and welcoming salon environment
  
  

Sales & Membership Growth

• Promote tanning memberships, spa services, and skincare products
• Educate clients using Fitzpatrick Skin Typing for custom solutions
• Achieve/exceed monthly sales and membership goals
• Drive team performance through hands-on coaching and motivation
  
  

Guest Experience

• Deliver a luxury guest experience through expert service and recommendations
• Resolve client issues professionally with a solution-oriented approach
• Build strong client relationships and community engagement
  
  

Team Development & Brand Promotion

• Hire, train, and mentor associates for long-term success
• Lead monthly performance reviews and provide regular coaching
• Support promotions, local events, and social media efforts
