Along with our fun store competitions, we reward top performers with added monthly bonuses. Your starting pay rate will be $15 to $17/hour and you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2-$6/hour worked from tips, bonuses, and commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE / PUBLIC RELATIONS
As a Team Leader for European Tan
  • Set an example for all associates of excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problems, and answering questions
  • Day to Day Standard of Communication with Clients/Members
  • Takes calls as needed
  • Handle Customer Related Issues/Concerns  (as they occur on shift)
  • Maintain a standard of excellent customer service by providing 
information, resolving problems, and answering questions for customers

BRAND AMBASSADOR / SALES / MARKETING
  • Promote and believe in the benefits of indoor tanning
  • Demonstrate good personal character-- integrity, honesty, and fairness in your personal life, at work, and within the community  (Social Media Applies)
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work culture where there is teamwork, comradery, and excellent communication
  • Ensure clients and members receive a tanning experience tailored 
specifically to their individual needs by educating, promoting and selling: 
  • European Tan’s Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and the tanning process 
  • The benefits of European Tan’s exclusive premium skin care products
  • The value of additional products and services such as Sunless Tanning and Red Light Therapy

SCHEDULING
  • Work 18-24 hours per week
  • Work multiple locations as requested
  • Open availability for salons needs
  • Cover shifts due to unseen circumstances
  • Work min 3 weekend days per month Saturday/Sunday
  • Adhere to European Tan’s ‘Time Off/Vacation Request’ Best Practice
 OPERATIONS  
  • Take salon calls as needed. 
  • Ensure store interior/exterior appearance is maintained to the highest standard
  • Maintains a clean, orderly, and neat salon during shifts
  • Clean tanning beds and rooms after every use
  • Perform nightly cleaning/closing duties
  • Keep laundry caught up and folded
  • Keep retail products, store supplies, and paper stocked on a daily basis
  • Ensure merchandise is of good quality and product placement is correct
  • Report equipment problems to Management  
  • Day to Day Communication 
  • Respond in a timely manner to calls, texts and emails regarding business questions and/or concerns 
PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT 
  • Support Management to TRAIN and ADHERE to Company Policies, Best Practices and Procedures
  • Coordinate with MANAGEMENT ongoing to ensure completion in training associates
  • Participate in offering ideas and suggestions that encourage company growth and improve policy, procedures, and standards
  • Meet with Management as needed
  • Achieve personal sales goals.

  • Client Information/Employees are not permitted to use/share 
  • Client material and information is property of European Tan
  • Additional security access to your profile in salon software (TBD)
  • Report employee misconduct or questionable acts to management immediately
