Salon Manager – European Tan | Sun Spa Leader in Utah
📍 Location: Salt Lake City, UT
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time (34-38 hrs/week including rotating weekends)

We’re now hiring a hands-on, sales-driven Salon Manager who is passionate about wellness, leadership, and beauty.
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$25/hr base (based on experience)
Earn $3/hr + in uncapped bonuses, tips & incentives

Who We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years in a customer service, 3 years management position role (salon, spa, retail, fitness, or hospitality)
✅ Friendly, confident, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
✅ Strong sales mindset, time management, and multitasking skills
✅ Tech-savvy and organized; basic computer proficiency required
✅ Dependable, consistent, and goal-oriented
✅ Experience with UV tanning and spray tanning is required—and you should love the services!
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (minimal travel)

What You’ll Do
Salon Leadership & Operations
- Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and customer-first culture
- Oversee daily operations: cleanliness, inventory, and team coverage
- Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage as needed
- Maintain a clean, upscale, and welcoming salon environment
- Cover your salon as needed
Sales & Membership Growth
- Promote tanning memberships, spa services, and skincare products
- Achieve/exceed monthly sales and membership goals
- Drive team performance through hands-on coaching and motivation
Guest Experience
- Deliver a luxury guest experience through expert service and recommendations
- Resolve client issues professionally with a solution-oriented approach
- Build strong client relationships and community engagement
Team Development & Brand Promotion
- Hire, train, and mentor associates for long-term success
- Lead monthly performance reviews and provide regular coaching
- Support promotions, local events, and social media efforts
